Who we are
RDJ Development LLC is a private innovation lab based in Chicago, Illinois. We build AI assisted software products. This Privacy Policy applies to rdj.software and the data collected through it.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government agency, university, regulatory body, or professional organization. All products and services are provided in a strictly private capacity.
What we collect and why
We collect only what is necessary to operate this site and respond to inquiries.
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, location data, or behavioral tracking data on this site.
How we store your data
Data submitted through rdj.software is stored in a private database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com), a cloud infrastructure provider. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified and stores data in the United States.
We do not sell, rent, license, or share your personal data with third parties for any purpose. The only third-party services that handle your data are:
- Supabase — database storage and authentication infrastructure
- Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com). Your email address is passed to Resend solely to deliver messages you've requested or to notify us of your inquiry.
- Vercel — hosting infrastructure (vercel.com). Vercel may log request metadata as part of standard web hosting operations.
Email communications
If you submit your email address through a waitlist or signup form on rdj.software, you may receive occasional product updates, launch announcements, or relevant communications from RDJ Development LLC.
We do not send unsolicited email. Every communication includes an unsubscribe option. You can also request removal at any time by emailing us directly.
We do not use your email address for advertising, remarketing, or sharing with other organizations.
Cookies and tracking
rdj.software does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics. We do not run ads and do not participate in ad networks.
Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) may be retained by Vercel as part of normal hosting operations. These logs are not linked to personal identity and are not used for profiling.
Your rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

Data retention
We retain email addresses and contact form submissions for as long as they are operationally relevant — typically the duration of an active product relationship or correspondence. You may request deletion at any time.
When you unsubscribe from email communications, your address is marked inactive in our system. You may request full deletion if preferred.
Children's privacy
rdj.software is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our products and data practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without explicit notice.
